HTS has some of the very best, highly qualified, educators in the region. The faculty at HTS is dedicated to the success of their students by continuing their own education. Nearly 60% of the faculty hold a master’s degree.

We have an administration team comprising of our Head Principal and two Assistant Principals. The Leadership team provides leadership support in the area of Counseling, Resource, and Student Support. Additionally, we have support for Office staff, Nursing staff, and IT. 

There are teams for each grade level. In addition to exemplary classroom teachers, we have a team of Specialists who teach things such as Music, Art, Technology, Foreign Language, Physical Education, STERAM MakerSpace, and Library media. Our Resource Team assists students with assessments, small groups, and one-on-one instruction with a mission of providing support for teachers as they strive to meet all academic needs. Each grade level also has an aide who helps in many capacities. Our full-time counselor works diligently to support the mental health of our students and families.

We have an average class size of 24 with a 16:1 student/teacher ratio in homeroom classes.
